Caitlin Rogers & Conrad Carlozzi

Hello! We’re Caitlin and Conrad. We live in the Twin Cities with our two kids.

For years, we lived surrounded by boxes of stuff – memories, yes, but also clutter that was weighing us down. 

So, we embarked on our own downsizing journey. We loved our things… but we had more than a lifetime’s worth of stuff to enjoy. (And we wanted our garage back!)

We donated and sold what no longer served us, making space for what mattered most. This newfound lightness inspired a year-long family adventure in Costa Rica.

We’d love to help you create your own version of a lighter, more intentional home. You deserve the peace that comes from a home that supports your lifestyle now and into the future, especially as you navigate new chapters.
